About us

What makes American Public Adjusting Stand out from the Crowd?

"You are never treated like a number, unless that number is #1

We are truly passionate about getting the property owner the best settlement in the least amount of time possible.  Our team works on your claim daily, from preparing documents to calling the carrier and adjusters. Scheduling appointments, sending documents to your carrier and beginning the negotiations. Our Claims Manager will keep you up to date on any changes in the claim or additional information needed.

Our staff of experts have all been hand-picked and we are confident in their expertise and knowledge.  From our Licensed Public Adjusters to the office staff, our team is dedicated to getting you paid, and making sure you are well informed.

It is better to hire a Public Adjuster early in the process in order to streamline your claim.

However, we can jump in anytime and begin assisting you. We handle New claims, Denied Claims, underpaid Claims, Large loss, Residential and Commercial claims, reopen of regular daily claims or Hurricane claims up to 3 years.

Should you hire Public Adjuster (Private Adjuster)? The answer is YES!  It is your right to hire an expert to "Negotiate" and "Settle" your claim.

How it all began

The founder of American Public Adjusting, Pamela Brown had worked in the construction industry preforming inspections and writing renovation and remodeling estimates prior to her career as a Catastrophic Adjuster. Specializing in Wind, Hail and Flood claims across the country.  After realizing her real passion "Assisting the property owner" was not reaching its goal, she Changed her License from Independent Adjuster to

State License Public Adjuster and never looked back. Being able to use her years of experience working on the Insurance company side give us the advantage against the Insurance company.
